Join us on our guided walking and buggy tours, and enjoy a relaxed, informative and fun tour of Home Island.
We'll
guide you to historical sites, through the cultural museum, as well as share in the art
of coconut husking, basket weaving and learn about traditional food preserving techniques.

WEST ISLAND ORIENTATION
TOUR
The 2-hour tour operates weekly and provides an introduction to West
Island's places of interest and the history of the Cocos Islands. Tour
cost is
AUD $20.00 per adult, children below 16yrs free. Bookings are essential
at the CKI Tourism Visitor's Centre.
THE BIG BARGE ART CENTRE
The gallery showcases a range of original local artworks for sale and commission. Artworks for sale include photo canvases, photo prints, paintings, button jewellery, mixed media greenfish, funky sweetlip stretched textile canvases and a limited locally handcrafted timber surfboard.
The unique gift selection now includes embroided button and ribbon bags, beaded and woven purses, colourful wooden beaded jewelery, silver and semi precious stone jewellery, batik tablecloths and cushion covers. Silver gecko brooches and pewter geckos. Also Big Barge Art Centre T-Shirts in stock.

PULU KEELING NATIONAL PARK
Experience the remoteness of Pulu Keeling National
Park and its amazing seabird rookery and pristine vegetation. This is
Australia's newest and smallest national park. Entry to the Park is with
a licensed tour operator only and numbers are strictly limited in order
to minimise impact on the birds.
