The Telecentre is located in the Administration building and is open 6 days per week.
Monday to Friday: 8am 3pm
Saturday: 10am 3pm
Facilities include Internet and Email access (you may also use your own laptop) and wireless internet vouchers. Others services include phone cards, printing and photocopying, sending / receiving faxes, second hand books, DVD hire, passport photos and tide charts. They can also download digital photos from all memory sticks to disk or print them on photo quality paper. A self serve Kodak Photo Kiosk is also available. Hire a mobile phone or purchase credit vouchers.

CKI Tourism Office & Historical
Society
Located in the Administration building. The tourism officer will be
able to assist with tour and restaurant bookings, brochures, souvenirs
and general information. Souvenirs, T-shirts, Fine-Art Prints and other
items available. Enjoy browsing through the Historical Society's display
and learn the history of this remarkable archipelago.

the Islands news live broadcast 12.30pm Monday to Friday. 6CKI plays
a vital part during a cyclone keeping residents & visitors up to

Cocos Club
Located in the "cyclone shelter". Open 7 days per

RESTAURANTS
There are two restaurants on Cocos and
one coffee shop. The Tropika Restaurant and Dory's Cafe are located
on West Island, whilst Bunga Melati is
located on Home Island.
Malay cuisine is a selection of rice,
noodles, curry and chilli, featuring chicken, beef, lamb and seafood
dishes. Food is prepared to be flavoursome and not particularly hot,
unless requested. The Tropika caters to western style meals with a
selection
of meats, vegetables and salads available from the bistro. In the case
of all three restaurants, meals are reasonably priced and rarely exceed
AUD20.00 per person.
Dory's Cafe
Cocos' only dedicated coffee shop with wonderful views to the Indian
Ocean. Located in the old Admiralty House building, William Keeling
Drive and opposite
the
West Island
Health
Clinic. Dory's Cafe offer freshly
brewed
coffee, tea
and milkshakes, home baked muffins, cakes and sausage rolls are the
speciality along with healthy sandwiches packed with yummy fillings.

Tropika Restaurant
Located in the Cocos Beach Motel complex. Opened 7 days a week for breakfast,

Located on Home Island in the small business centre. The restaurant is open for lunch on request and dinner every Wednesday evening. Strictly No Alcohol is allowed at this restaurant.

Fuel is available every Friday afternoon from 1.00pm to 4.00pm at
the Shell Depot near the West Island Jetty.

Quality bike hire is available through the Visitors Centre with adults & "becca" (3 seater) bikes available for 1/2 day or full day hire. All bikes need to be pre-booked at the Visitors Centre and will be available for your collection as you arrive at the Home Island Jetty.

hire.
